Once upon a time in a place called Chesterfield

I want to tell you a story about how Cellnex helped a little Chesterfield based eBusiness become a thriving operation.

I had a friend who one upon a time started an ebusiness. It was eventually a success, but the story from humble beginnings in the spare room of his Chesterfield flat to ebusiness dominance was a rocky one. One of his biggest hurdles along the way was the point where he had to make the break from running his warehouse operation from his spare room, to becoming more professional and using a fulfilment (Pick Pack and dispatch) operation from a local warehouse (also in Chesterfield).

My friends big issue with moving his eBusiness warehouse out of his spare room (and by this time his garage too) was that he thought that no one could look after his customers better than he could. He was wrong. His main focus was on growth, and the pain of picking, packing and dispatching his orders every single day meant he couldn't grow as fast as he wanted because he couldn't dedicate the time to it. He began to resent the daily grind of serving his customers, and he began to drop the ball on orders; customers were getting deliveries late, orders were getting misplaced and my friends little Chesterfield eBusiness began to suffer.

But then he discovered Cellnex, desperate to try anything to save his eBusiness, he approached them to take over the handling his warehousing operation - known as fulfilment. From that point on, things began to change for our little Chesterfield based eBusiness. Immediately my friend freed up his spare room (and his garage) giving him more room to move in his flat. Also, because Cellnex were handling all of his pick pack and dispatch requirements he now had the time to focus on growth, and grow he did.

He never looked back!
